Please look after young Ben, Lewy,
If he needs a glass of a mature Rhone send him to Willow Lodge
What are the ASBOs going to do for food now Ben has gone. They can't even make toast!
Nice to feel welcome lol

Don't let Mr. Lawrence in Hollywood - he is already a star in Cambridge & Cornwall
As a kid we drafted James (and Al Rutherford - 'Shallow Al' as he was known then) into our Last Cast Team. They fished for us on the Weaver for years in the youth team known as Last Cast ASBO. In that river squad we also had a great old lad called Ernie Ayers - probably the greatest Weaver angler of all. I still remember the sadness in his voice when he rang me to tell me it had been polluted (again).
Last Cast mainly drew lads from East Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire. We also had a good National Team, winning promotion several season's running, and finally finishing 4th in the Division One National. That team included Andy May, Steve May, Keiron Rich, Derek Willen (what happened to him?), Darren Mulheir, Sean Mulheir, Micky Barlow (Connor's Dad), me (as captain) and a few others.
Anyway, sorry for the history lesson - they were happy days.
Jamie went off to Highfield Tri-Cast, then Maver. But he then discovered F1s, and took up residency at Partridge. He is a great angler.
Merce, Zinks is still in touch with the chinaman
Yeah, just seen he's booked on the HB pairs!
Spoke with Derek today he was hard at work finishing his cottage ready for moving in a few weeks.
So with luck he will be fishing.
